公路戏份冗长，整体风格温吞，结尾回家那段戏是神来之笔。导演用自己的镜头通过一个父亲的漫漫寻子路，审视了塞尔维亚的苍凉、凋敝，以及社会存在的各种痼疾，但无力的结尾似乎在告诉观众，这一切都难以改变：贫穷对于孩子是一种暴力，对于这片国土上的其他人又何尝不是呢？Ps.感觉男主在加油站便利店刮完胡子之后，莫名像汤老师。
