7.4/10。女主租下一个老店后这个老店带来的各种诡谲风波/血案。本片的一些化妆/美术/布光挺好（虽然有点假），蜘蛛杀人和狗杀人两段也处理（调度剪辑慢镜头等）地好，足够血腥/重口/表意有力。但作为传统故事片却叙事太乱，扣1.5。
